- All our sausages are produced using the natural fermentation method. Sausages placed in natural casings are matured for 7 days. During this 7-day period, we use the factors of our region’s conditions (humidity, temperature, wind, etc.) at the right time and in the right amount to achieve a unique taste. The special spice blend, unchanged since 1953, is used with a perfect ratio that does not overpower the flavor of the meat.

- Unlike traditional sausages, Yanturalı Vedatbey Sausages also contain the most valuable parts of carcass meats (Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Sirloin).
- Should be stored at 0-4°C in its own casing. Should not be wrapped with a material that prevents air circulation, like plastic wrap.
