Can I get a tracking number?
Yes, All parcels are for air shipments only sent with tracking numbers. You will be able to track your shipment from the ( Track Your Order Status ) page once the package has been shipped.
I received the parcel. But it is damaged / some purchases are missing. What should I do?
Important: When you notice any problem when you receive the package, You should make sure that the package is kept in the same condition it arrived in for it to be checked by the shipping service office.
Once you have submitted your application, Please send the following photos to:
- A copy of the complaint registered with the local post office (another complaint form is available at the local post office).
- Pictures showing the condition of the parcel (outer box and contents together).
- Pictures of any damage to your purchases.
For express shipping services:
Please contact the shipping company’s office directly within the permitted period shown below to register a complaint:
UPS: Up to 14 days after the date of delivery.
FedEx: Up to 21 days after the date of delivery.
– SF Express: Up to 7 days after the delivery date.
– DHL: Up to 30 days after the date of shipment.
Once the complaint is submitted to the shipping company’s office, Please send us the following pictures:
- Pictures showing the condition of the parcel (outer box and contents together).
- Pictures of any damage to your purchases. Some shipping companies will not start an investigation unless the “person who received the package” reports it to the shipping company’s office first.
Please note that a courier service personnel may come to the mentioned delivery address to check the status of the damaged package that was reported during the investigation process.
